Terms & Conditions
- A deposit is required within 24 hours of making a reservation in order to confirm the booking.
Please forward proof of payment within 24 hours by fax or e-mail. - Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made and a cancellation fee will be charged :
- More than 28 days in advance : 10% of the total amount of the deposit
- 21 – 27 days in advance : 25 % of the total amount
- 14 – 20 days in advance : 50 % of the total amount
- 7 – 13 days in advance : 75 % of the total amount
- Less than 7 days in advance : 100 % of the total amount
- In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
- All tariffs are inclusive of VAT
- Check-in time is 14:00 till 18.00
- Check-out time is 11:00
- Late check-in or check-out by arrangement
- We love pets, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate your personal pets at Cheetah Lodge
- Cheetah Lodge reserves the right to alter or amend tariffs and tariff periods without prior notice
- Management and staff or any other person associated with Cheetah Lodge will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property of the owners of Cheetah Lodge
- No Smoking in any buildings/rooms
- Breakfast is between 07.00 till 09.00 unless other time agreed with management.
- Visitor’s check-in register must be completed on day of arrival.
- Evening meals and Laundry by prior arrangement, ( NO evening meals over Christmas period)
- Braai facilities are available.\
- FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED ON DAY OF ARRIVAL
